Join Dan and Ethan to work on your Legs, Buns & Guns! 

 

You'll know us both from classes at Breathe Hot Yoga, but both Dan and Ethan are also qualified Personal Trainers and we've put together this 5-Week Course with beginners in mind.

We'll cover some essential bodyweight exercises as well as barbell and dumbell exercises to give you a strong foundation and confidence in training. This is a hybrid course which will include one session of group personal training together at Dragon Athletic every Sunday with Dan and Ethan each week as well as 2 further days of programming for you to complete alone before our next group session.

First session is Sunday 1st June 12-2pm. An initial 2 hours to meet each other and to go over all the movements we'll be doing in our 5 weeks together. This is our chance to get you introduced to everything we'll be doing and how to adapt/modify to suit your needs best. 

 

From there you'll complete your two workouts per week alone and we'll meet for a group session every Sunday 12-1pm to further refine and check technique as well as having the group environment to motivate us.

 

Our goal is that by the final session together on July 6th, you can confidently repeat the programming on your own to build on what you've already learnt and see how much your strength has increased. This is an education in how to start training independently.

    If using our Car Park, please be sure to validate your parking on the tablet at the front desk on arrival.

    As the gym will be closed and unstaffed, we will close the shutters when the class begins, to avoid any unauthorised entry. This means we cannot guarantee entry to any late arrivals. Please ensure you can arrive 10 minutes in advance to ensure a prompt start.
